Terms and Conditions for Conference Registration
Applicable to International Health Dialogue & Society for Innovation in Safety & Healthcare Quality (ISHQ)
1. Registration
Registration for the conference organized by International Health Dialogue and the Society for Innovation in Safety & Healthcare Quality (ISHQ) will be confirmed only upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment of applicable fees.
Registrations are non-transferable unless a written request is approved by the organizers.
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Submission of false or misleading information may result in immediate cancellation of registration without refund.
2. Payment
All conference fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the event. Accepted payment methods and relevant deadlines will be provided on the official registration page.
Early-bird rates and promotional discounts are applicable only when payment is received within the announced time frame.
Failure to complete payment before the deadline may result in forfeiture of the registration slot.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Written requests for cancellation received at least 30 days before the conference start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be processed for cancellation requests made less than 30 days prior to the event.
- In the unlikely event that the International Health Dialogue or ISHQ cancels the conference, all registered delegates will receive a full refund of registration fees.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 working days after approval of the request.
4. Personal Data and Privacy
By registering for the conference, delegates consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by International Health Dialogue and ISHQ for administrative, communication, and event-related purposes.
Personal data will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Photos and videos may be recorded during the conference for documentation, educational, and promotional purposes. Attendees who wish to withdraw consent for use of their images must inform the organizers in writing prior to the event.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to adhere to the conference’s Code of Conduct, promoting professionalism, respect, and inclusivity throughout the event.
Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any participant engaging in disruptive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or illegal behavior—without entitlement to a refund.
6. Liability
International Health Dialogue, the Society for Innovation in Safety & Healthcare Quality (ISHQ), and their partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during participation in the conference.
Delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and insurance arrangements.
7. Changes to Event
The organizers reserve the right to modify the event program, schedule, speakers, venue, or terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via the official website or registered email addresses.
In cases of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events, the event may be postponed or transitioned to a virtual format.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration and payment process, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full as established by International Health Dialogue || Society for Innovation in Safety & Healthcare Quality (ISHQ).
