All transferred registrations must meet eligibility criteria and terms set by the organizers.<\/p>\n<h2>Refund Processing<\/h2>\n<p>Approved refunds will be credited through the original payment method within 30 business days after the cancellation request has been verified and approved.<\/p>\n<h2>Transaction Charges<\/h2>\n<p>Any transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or bank deductions incurred during the refund process will be borne by the delegate.<\/p>\n<h2>Policy Amendments<\/h2>\n<p>This refund policy may be amended or updated at the discretion of the <strong>International Health Dialogue<\/strong> and <strong>ISHQ<\/strong>.
