By sending an entry for paper/poster competition for International Patient Safety Conference, author(s) grant the organizers the consent to publish (digitally or non-digitally) the Abstract/Executive Summary/Paper (fully or partially) and/or photograph of the Paper/Poster in conference brochure/website/proceedings/compendium/any other promotional material. Author(s) must have obtained appropriate release/consent for any previously copyrighted material included in the work and shall be responsible for any related consequences.
